CMI has completed over two million square feet of underfloor office buildings; three are LEED certified Gold. With solid experience and dedication to the advancement of underfloor HVAC, CMI has become the leader in the rapidly developing world of underfloor HVAC. As one of the founding members of the Center for the Built Environment (CBE), CMI is involved in studying how these underfloor systems are performing. CMI has taken steps to partnering with industry leaders to develop and test new products specifically for underfloor usage.
