1600 Vine is a 784,000-square-foot mixed-use residential development located at the intersection of Hollywood and Vine in Los Angeles. The project includes 375 residences ranging from studios and apartments to two-story townhomes, along with approximately 32,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The development also features extensive resident amenities and a six-level, 271,500-square-foot parking structure. Located directly above the Hollywood/Vine Metro station, the transit-oriented project achieved LEED Silver certification.

CMI completed the HVAC installation for the development, providing mechanical systems supporting the residential units, retail areas, common spaces, and associated parking facilities. The project required mechanical infrastructure capable of serving the varied demands of a large-scale mixed-use development while providing reliable climate control throughout its residential and commercial environments.
