Through detailed coordination and clash detection, we identify potential conflicts early, optimize system routing and help the entire project team make informed decisions before work reaches the field.
Our fabrication-ready models create a direct connection between design, coordination, prefabrication and installation. Coordinated components can be produced in controlled shop conditions using automated sheet metal and piping plasma-cutters, that take cut information directly from our Revit models, and produce a product within 1/32” of tolerance compared to what is modelled; all with the push of a button. Prefabrication reduces on-site congestion, minimizes rework and accelerates field installation. By integrating every stage of the process, CMI provides greater control over quality, communication and execution while helping projects move forward with confidence.
