The Kaiser Permanente Market Street Medical Offices is a 57,000-square-foot, three-story specialty healthcare facility in Ventura, California. Opened in 2017, the building features 49 exam rooms with capacity for 26 providers and supports a wide range of outpatient services, including urgent care, laboratory and radiology services, hematology and oncology, infusion, orthopedics, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynecology, and pharmacy services. The facility was also designed to accommodate future expansion as patient demand grows.

CMI completed the HVAC installation for the facility, supporting specialized healthcare environments that included negative-pressure isolation rooms and other patient care and clinical spaces. The project also incorporated measurement and verification (M&V) systems to monitor building performance, delivering reliable and efficient mechanical systems designed to support patient care, staff comfort, and the operational requirements of the medical office building.
