The Saddleback College Stadium & Athletic Training Complex is a new collegiate athletics facility anchored by an 8,000-seat stadium and a nine-lane IAAF-certified track. The development includes a synthetic turf field designed to accommodate NCAA football, soccer, and lacrosse, a separate turf soccer field, and a USA Track & Field-standard thrower’s park. The complex also provides extensive athlete and spectator amenities, including training and locker rooms, team spaces, concessions, event areas, a press box, media and broadcast control rooms, and a 40-foot-wide LED video scoreboard.

CMI contributed to the design-build construction of the new athletics complex, supporting the stadium and ten ground-level buildings containing coaching, training, team, and other athletic support spaces, along with the press box and executive suites. The facilities include specialized athlete areas such as hydrotherapy and ice rooms, locker rooms, referee rooms, and team meeting spaces, requiring coordinated building systems to support the diverse training, competition, administrative, and hospitality functions throughout the complex.
