Ten Thousand is a 40-story luxury residential tower located along Santa Monica Boulevard between Beverly Hills and Century City. The development features 283 residences and 75,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including fitness and wellness spaces, indoor and outdoor pools, resident lounges, recreation areas, and a private one-acre park.

CMI contributed to the high-end buildout of the tower, with work encompassing three floors of resident amenity spaces and a three-story resident parking garage. The project brought together luxury residential living with an extensive collection of amenities within one of the most prominent high-rise developments along the Century City skyline.
